Our goal is to deliver quality 3D Printer consumables and parts at a good price and offering a great customer experience while doing this.
If you order from us, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
We try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear in our shop are accurate. But errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Special offers and Sales are valid while stocks last.
Items shown as “in stock” status are in stock in our own warehouse for immediate delivery.
Items shown as “backorder” status are ordered by us from the manufacturer. You can order these items but you will have to wait for them to arrive in our warehouse. This can take upto 2 weeks. You can always contact us for more information on the estimated backorder delivery time.
In case of delays you will be contacted by us and you have the right to cancel your order without any charges and costs.
You can always check your order status in your FEPshop account.
All prices in our shop are excl. VAT.
Customers outside EU do not pay VAT. Please be aware of that you will responsible to pay duties and VAT if applicable in your own country.
Final total price wil be shown on checkout after you selected your country.
You can display prices in EUR or USD or GBP.
You can pay in EUR with all payment methodes we offer.
You can pay in USD and GBP with Paypal .
FEPshop handles creditcard payments in collaboration with Mollie.nl. You can pay with your VISA, Matercard, American Express, CarteSi and Cartes Bancaires.
Card payment is a safe method of payment for you as a customer. The selling company will never have knowledge of your card or account information. If you return an item it will be credited back into your bank or credit card account. Most creditcard companies offer free product insurance.
Paypal offers Paypal protection on orders.
Customers and VAT (EU Only)
EU Customers without a valid EU VAT Number will have to pay VAT.
Companies and VAT (EU Only)
If you enter a company name at checkout the system expects you to enter a valid EU (VIES) VAT number. If you do not have a valid EU VAT number we cannot deduct VAT for you. In this case you will have to remove your company name from the checkout form to proceed with the order.
Shipping with Track and Trace
We have several track and trace shipping options that you can select on checkout.
Shipping charges are based on the product’s total weight, size and which shipping method is chosen. Precise shipping amount is presented at checkout when you selected your shipping method and your country.
You will be send an e-mail from FEPSHOP or the shipping company with the tracking nr of the parcel as soon as we have shipped your order.
On selected shipping methodes we provide transport insurance and carry the risk of damage and lost goods until it reaches you.
Shipping without Track and Trace
- Clients are adviced to select Track & Trace or Express shipping.
- Because Regular mail shipping does not include track and trace.
- Because Regular mail shipping does not include insurance
- Because we cannot guarantee arrival of shipments with Regular mail.
- Regular mail can be very slow.
- The reliabillity of this shipping methode depends greatly on the postal service in the country of destination.
- Packages are considered missing after 90 days.
- If you choose Regular mail against our advice you accept full responsibility for the shipment.
We only offer shipping options without track and trace as a budget option as a service to our clients.
If you recieved wrong products please contact us within 5 working days after recieving.
Check your shipment for visible damage on arrival. Report visible damage direct to the shipping company on receiving the package. Hidden shipping damage have to be reported to the shipping company as soon as they are discovered.
If shipments are returned to us because the shipping company cannot deliver due to either incorrect or insufficient address information or giving up after several delivery attempts we will either
- Resend to a new address. Additional charges due (shipping/return shipping will apply)
- Partial refunded less occurred cost (shipping, return shipping and handling fee)
Returning unwanted goods (EU Only)
In the EU, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 working days.
Right to cancel (EU Only)
You have the right to cancel this contract / order within 14 days without giving any reason.
Cooling off period (EU Only)
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last lot or piece.
How to use your Right to cancel/ Cooling off period / Unwanted goods (EU Only)
Notify us with your decision to cancel an Order / Contract / Product by a clear written statement by post or e-mail. Some items are excluded of this policy: Made to order items, Opened consumables and electronic components.

- Cancellation deadline
To meet the deadline, you only need to send your statement of exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period expires.
- Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
- Retention of reimbursement
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
- Return of goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
- Return cost
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Consumer’s liability for diminished value of the goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Warranty / Complaints
You have 1 years warranty on most products. Note that this does not apply to what is considered as normal wear.
Some items are excluded of this policy: Made to order items, Opened consumables and electronic components.
The warranty means that we will repair or replace the defective product within the warranty period if it´s not damaged by handling errors.
When it comes to handling errors or incorrectly set products we will charge you the service cost. This applies even in cases where we cannot find anything wrong with the product or when you caused the damage yourself. The product warranty does not apply to failures occurring during or after the alteration the functionality and appearance, such as refurbishment, upgrade or other modifications of the product without written consent from FEPshop.
If you have a warranty issue or wish to make a complaint. Please contact us and we will try to your issues.
When placing an order or registering as a customer we will store your personal information. By doing this you accept that we store the information we need to complete the handling of your order and give you the best service you expect from us.
We reserve the right to communicate with you regarding marketing purposes in our e-mail newsletter if you have agreed to this during registration. If you don’t want to receive more from us you can always unsubscribe.
FEPshop will not give any personal information to any third party. Handling of your personal information is regulated by Dutch and EU rules.
A party shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this Agreement for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.
